If you’re anything like me, three hands would not be nearly enough to count the number of times you’ve been in Chico, CA, dying for some delicious Mexican food. Thankfully, Chico News & Review (CN&R) columnist, Tom Blodget, has made life a little easier by spotlighting the top burrito spots in a town with endless choices.

Creatively titled, O burrito where art though?, his article wastes no time outlining the essential components for that elusive One Holy Archetypal Burrito, or OHAB: fresh, flavorful, wet inside, and bulging with whole beans, fluffy rice recently cooked, fresh cilantro, ripe tomatoes, chopped glistening onions, whole avocado slices, subtly melted cheese, and a creatively spiced sauce inside that integrates all of the above. Can’t wait to get my hands on one of those OHABs!
