Just a quick note to anyone who enjoys the StrongBad flash animation series. Hi, how’s it going? You are a loser.
The individuals behind StrongBad have created nothing short of a miracle. StrongBad isn’t funny. It isn’t creative or interesting or even mildly amusing. Not even accidentally. It plays on all stereotypes without any mindfulness or sensibility and relies only on its feebleminded simpleton fans to allow its reckless abuse of low-brow humor to go unnoticed. It is a triumph of futility equaled only by the colossal disappointment that is its viewing audience.
If you enjoy StrongBad or any of the other Homestarrunner.com characters, it might be time to seek some professional help. You are officially in the same category with WWF Wrestling Guy (the 35 year old wearing the NFL jersey in the front row), PlayStation Guy, and every 17 year old that listens to Linkin Park and loves The Simpsons AND The Family Guy. Please do us all a favor and begin the process of growing up.
